Congratulations to Ali & Hayes!
There’s a baby on the way for Ali Larter and her writer/actor husband Hayes MacArthur.
“Ali and Hayes are thrilled to be expecting their first child,” her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively. The baby is due this winter.
Having a family has long been in the cards for the actress, 34, who wed MacArthur in Kennebunkport, Maine last August.
“I told my boyfriend after three weeks that I wanted to marry him and that we could do it tomorrow,” Larter told Cosmopolitan in 2007. “I look forward to that time when I’m home with babies.”

Forbidden Planet has posted an interview with director Matthew Gratzner in which he talks about UFO, his feature adaptation of the Gerry Anderson-created 1970s TV series.
In the film, Joshua Jackson (“Fringe”) will star as Paul Foster, a test pilot who joins S.H.A.D.O. (Supreme Headquarters Alien Defense Organization), a covert organization built under a Hollywood studio that defends Earth against a race of aliens who have been abducting humans and using the body parts.
In the interview, Gratzner says that “Heroes” star Ali Larter is a frontrunner for the role of Virginia Lake.
“We’ve talked to Ali Larter, who’s very interested,” he said. “I’ve actually met with her, and I think she would be a great addition to the picture. Lake is very strong and obviously also very feminine, and Ali Larter definitely encompasses that.”
Karli from PopSugar sent in this video of Ali at the Friends Without a Border Charity Gala on December 10th.
